The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was a game-changer! It had everything we needed, from a dishwasher to a microwave, making us feel like top chefs in our own little culinary studio. It was like having a personal Iron Chef experience!

great location, cozy and clean flat, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa. Good choice for 2-3 people. Friendly and helpful host. Plenty of places to eat around the corner. Exceeded expectations for a budget stay.

The stay at E12 Boutique Apartments was really great. We got excellent value for our money with a nice and clean room, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff treated us well and the apartment had all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay.
More breakfast choices would have been nice, maybe some variety in the options available.

The towels felt like they hadn't been washed since the Middle Ages. Absolutely divine.
Oh, and the host? About as helpful as a broken umbrella in a hurricane.

Rita, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. She provided detailed instructions for check-in and resolved any issues with the heating system promptly. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check-out. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and airport shuttle bus. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for cooking. The bed and sofa were comfortable, making it an ideal choice for 2-3 people. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a fantastic bakery for coffee and pastries. The overall experience was mind-blowing and exceeded our expectations.
